Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 4 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

Woodpecker Glen

Woodpecker Glen is a brand-new guest house in one of Washington's temperate rain forests. The house has a cabin feel with cathedral ceiling and open floor plan plus lots of natural light in a peaceful, quiet location. The back yard is Tolt MacDonald Park, 574 acres, a favorite for mountain bikers and trail walkers alike. All of this and still less than 11 miles to Redmond (think Microsoft), 26 miles to Seattle downtown. Winter skiing and summer alpine hiking are only 20 to 50 miles away.

Quiet Lakeside Retreat #1 - Master Suite

Quiet retreat in the woods, on the shore of Ames Lake. Watch eagles and osprey with your morning coffee. Toast marshmallows after sundown at the beach. Close to Redmond, Seattle and the mountains, the Master Suite features a private deck, antique furniture and a luxurious clawfoot tub. You'll find destination Mountain Bike trails just up the road, excellent restaurants a quick drive away, and Ames Lake, one of King County's most pristine, just down the stairs. No smoking. Pets welcome.

Private mother-in-law (lake level of our 3 story house) on the shores of Lake Sammamish on the Bellevue Redmond border. Close to corporate headquarters of Microsoft, T-Mobile and Costco. Woodinvillle concert venues and wineries within a short drive. Ten mile drive into downtown Seattle via I-520 or I-90. Serene spot with no neighbors living on the shore. Large deck with a firepit table and dock right outside the door. Variety of furniture for relaxation and outdoor dining. Free parking.

Retreat at the Karate Garage!

The Karate Garage is a peaceful retreat, 6 miles from the heart of Redmond. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. Cozy up by the fireplace & enjoy quiet, dark nights, perfect for listening to the neighborhood owls. Our hope is that you leave feeling rested and refreshed.

Located high up on a hill on two acres with magnificent views of nature and the Valley given the different times of the year. We are about a 30 second drive to hop onto the Snoqualmie Valley Trail for a bike ride, walk thru nature or bird watching. I wanted to create a funky and beautiful space that makes you feel excited about coming back to after your adventures and doesn't break the bank so you can enjoy all that the area has to offer. Full garden views, bright and modern secluded "guest house" 5 minutes off the highway and 10 minutes from the ferry in western Bremerton. The space is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The room has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.
