This open floor design features live edge tables, a large 75” screen tv with internet based channels, great wifi & an amazing view of the mountains & sunrises right outside your door! Your private deck has comfortable seating & a hot tub provided for your comfort. A Blackstone gas griddle is yours to use. A firepit with wood is provided! *Hosts do live upstairs, but the suite is sound insulated and noise from below has never been heard.

Tucked into a hollow on the eastern edge of Prairiewood's preserve, Cottonwood has everything you need for a getaway or overnight stay. With spacious living quarters, spa-like features including oversized soaker tub, gas fireplace, comfort amenities including hospitality counter with mini fridge and microwave, patio with outdoor seating, and yard with fire pit and grill — with access to trails, fishing, and kayaking. Guests must sign a rental agreement to complete the reservation.

Just a half-mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have, and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year-round.
