Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

The Hunt House was the beautiful home of Dr. Robert Lee Hunt of Lattimore, NC. It is on 6 acres of pasture and only 3.8 miles from the Washburn Switch Industrial Park. The house is fully furnished with 5 Handmade heart pine, cherry, and walnut bedroom suites, and has 5 bathrooms. The house has hardwood floors in most rooms, and antique furniture throughout the house. The house has a functional fireplace, and a large porch with 8 rocking chairs, that overlook the yard.

We have a gravel, long, steep driveway (AWD\FWD ARE RECOMMENDED) & we’re tucked in down at the bottom of a 10 acre forest. No internet, wifi or tv service, but we guarantee you a better connection to nature! Unplug, disconnect and take in, savor the magick that is Tamarca Hollow!

This is one of four rooms available at this location. Mountain views, lush landscaping, and many more amenities await you when you reserve your private suite. This room is quite large, has a soaking tub, and a private bathroom. Our home is in the country, so stress can melt away. We are close to many tourist areas such as Asheville, Waynesville, Maggie Valley, and The Blue Ridge Parkway. Each guest also receives a hearty, home cooked, breakfast each morning.
