Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Also, if the foothills of upstate SC are not tall enough for you, the nationally recognized outdoor spaces of WNC are about 1 hr away.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

The Craftsman Studio is a new downtown addition to a 110 year old craftsman house. The addition was designed and decorated by a Greenville architect who lives in the main house. The property sits in a historic downtown neighborhood, just 4 short blocks from Main St. Although it's so close to downtown, the neighborhood is a quiet haven away from urban life. (Although there are kids in the neighborhood which could add some flare/fun noise to your day if you’re staying in.)
