Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich direkt an der Grenze des kleinen Dorfes La Ciaccia mit wundervoller Sicht aufs Meer, sowohl von der Terrasse beim Eingang wie auch vom Patio oder aber direkt ins Grüne, da sich das Eckhaus am Ende der Strasse befindet. Der Strand ist nur 200M entfernt. Beheizter Swimmingpool, Aussenküche, Free Internet, Sat-TV, Smart TV, Klima und Heizung, Waschmaschine, Fahrräder und vieles mehr ist alles inklusive.
