You can stroll less than two blocks to the famous Venice Beach🏝 in one direction and less than 2 blocks to Abbot Kinney in the other. Please note: the house has been freshly painted and is now a grey-beige w/ a pink front door.

I stayed here as a tenant on multiple trips. I loved it so much that I bought the place and moved to Venice! Only one, queen-sized bed, but there's a large couch and baby crib. Strict check-in time (no earlier than 2pm) and check-out time (no later than 11am), to allow for thorough cleaning. Ideal for one person or one couple.
