Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). It’s a secret hideaway just perfect for that peaceful break away, you won’t believe you are in the centre of the town, yet a short walk to the main beach and Esplanade, and an even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants. Our beautifully renovated and spacious apartment in Hambrough Road is situated in a lovely location in the town of Ventnor. It’s perfect for short breaks or longer stays. It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away.
