Loft BTV is a bright and open loft apartment with a perfect location on Main Street in downtown Burlington, Vermont. It is 2 blocks from Lake Champlain, the Echo Science Center, and bike path and 3 blocks from Burlington's iconic Church Street Marketplace. We are a mile from the University (UVM) and University Medical Center. The Loft is upstairs from August First Bakery, next to Anjou consignment store and Restaurant Poco. The location offers a great slice of what Burlington has to offer.

Located 10-min from Newport, VT with a variety of restaurants and 30-min from Jay Peak (USA) & Owl's Head (Canada) where you can golf, ski and hike! Only a 2-hour drive from Montreal and 3.5 hour drive from Boston!

Enjoy a peaceful and private space with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and on site parking. Last house on a dead end rd. 5 min from Southwestern VT Medical Center. 40 min from Mount Snow. 25 min from MassMoca. 15 min walk to Main St where you can enjoy great food and shops. No smoking on premises. Please note there is stairs separating the bedroom (downstairs) and living area, bathroom, and kitchen (upstairs). The stairs are steep and may be difficult for some people.

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.

Located in Central Vermont our studio apartment for two is surrounded by gardens with its own patio. Due to Covid precautions, we are only accepting FULLY VACCINATED guests, at this time. We are located north of Dartmouth College, near Barre/ Montpelier and close enough for day trips to the White Mountains, major ski areas and fly fishing.
