Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Ubicato in un edificio da poco ristrutturato dal punto di vista ambientale, ovvero l’acqua calda e il riscaldamento sono generati da una termopompa. L’energia elettrica è fornita dai pannelli fotovoltaici installati sul tetto dell’edificio. L’appartamento risulta confortevole, arredato con stile moderno, situato al pianterreno di una casa bifamiliare che si affaccia sulla strada che conduce in Valle Verzasca. Approfittando della terrazza si può godere di una bellissima vista sul Lago Maggiore.

Das Cheminée sorgt auch an kühleren Abenden für Behaglichkeit. Nebst Erholung und Musse im Haus lädt die Lage ein zu Wanderungen und Spaziergängen. Besonders beliebt sind die kulturellen Anlässe, wie das Jazz Festival Ascona im Juni, das Moon&Stars im Juli sowie das Filmfestival Locarno im August.

Rustico immerso nel verde,vicino al fiume e alle sue spiagge, roccia per l'arrampicata a 30m, klettern, a 200m Bus per Locarno e Ascona (5km) 10 min A PIEDI dalla strada su sentiero. Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
