The LUXUS Villa presents a traditionally restored old mediterranean stone villa decorated with old charm. Entering through the original iron gates, the property immediately leads you through the main patio of beautifully planted mediterranean plants. Reaching the archways of the main house, which atrium provides shade in the sunny days, entering the Villa you are immediately immersed with the local architecture. Beautiful white limestone stairway is a prominent feature in the main hallway. On the ground floor is a beautifully restored main living area boosting a living room with wooden fireplace and 75inch fleet screen smartTV. Old wooden beams running through the whole lower building connect the main dining area with an open plan mediterranean rustically designed kitchen, enabling cosy family or romantic moments. Before entering the stone stairway to upstairs sleeping quarters, main entry hallway leads to the wine cellar and game room. Behind the cellar there is a big conference room equipped with projectors etc, should there be a need for company meetings or team building sessions. Villa comprises of 5 luxury bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms full of light. Floor heating and air conditioning units are provided throughout the house in every room.
