The Gardener’s Cottage is a short drive away from I-64, UVA grounds, Scott Stadium, the downtown mall, and Wegmans. It is located in the Fry’s Springs Historic District. There are several restaurants on JPA within a reasonable walking distance. It is surrounded by flowers that attract hummingbirds, gold finches, and butterflies. The front porch has Adirondack chairs perfect for lazy evenings and morning coffee. The back yard has a small deck under oak trees and a patio next to a fern garden.

The Bungalow is located 1/4th mile from Veritas Vineyard. It is within 10 minutes to every brewery, vineyard, distillery and cidery along Route 151 Crozet, 1 mile from the newly opened Blue Ridge Tunnel and 20 minutes to Wintergreen Resort for winter fun! Completely remodeled and ready to spoil the best guests who simply want to unwind.

This 1960s bungalow has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated to create a very luxurious and comfortable experience. Convenient distance from Blue Ridge Mountain hiking. This property is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation. We are now accepting longer-term reservations!

Scottsville Downtown Bungalow

Stay in downtown Scottsville. I try to accommodate early check ins or late check outs if requested. The house is neat and clean with central heat and air on a quiet side street. Have fun on the river tubing & kayaking. Walk to Van Clief Nature area, hiking trails, river, brewery & restaurants. It's about 20 miles from UVA and Yogaville & only a short drive to several wineries in the area. The covered front porch has a patio set for 4. Due to allergies, I am unable to accommodate pets.

The Copper Cottage - near the Appalachian Trail

An antique fully renovated, cozy cottage that blends the character of saw milled wood beams, hand-crafted finishes, & local art with the modern comforts of Wi-Fi, Streaming TV, A/C, and a Jetted shower that might raise your attitude with the altitude! At the entrance to downtown Historic Waynesboro and the riverside park, its restaurants and stores can entertain even the peculiar palate or collector, some are right across the street! Fully fenced in back yard, so bring the pups to play!

This lovely renovated cottages all of the essentials and includes a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee. Two bedrooms each with cozy queen beds are perfect for your couples getaway or a romantic weekend. A small but stylish Jack and Jill bathroom connects the 2 rooms. Enjoy the mornings on the front porch or evenings on the screened porch after walking to dinner on Cary Street! Shopping, brunch, cocktails..it's all right here. One off street parking spot available offsite.

Awesome walkout basement apartment in a new home that is perfect for couples. Wake up to emerald waters and picturesque Smith Mountain view from the comforts of your bed. Full kitchen and dining as well as a furnished outdoor patio space with hot tub. The is an outdoor grill fire pit. A pontoon boat, 2 stand up paddleboards and 2 kayaks are available to rent. You are welcome to share the dock with us! It's a number of steps to get to the water, but well worth the walk back up.
