The Roy Disney House

Exquisite 1930’s Spanish Colonial Villa frequently used by Roy & Walt Disney as their family home when holidaying in Palm Springs. The house, recently remodeled and featured in a number of design publications, is set over a huge corner lot with mature fruit trees and a boules court in the front gardens, and private pool, seating areas and fire-pit in the back. It’s quiet location in southern Warm Sands means it is easily walkable to all the bars, restaurants and hotels in the area.
