Vila Petra - Family apartment for 4 at Lake Bled

Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Soca Valley - Just renovated

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

HAY Apartment Bled

Hay Apartment Bled is a cosy, ground-floor studio-apartment with a private garden. Well equipped kitchen, king size bed (200*200), bathroom, sofa with a TV corner and a small garden with a sitting lounge. Renovated in 2022. Ideal for two guest. Free privat parking is in front of the apartment building. Hay’s location is in the very center of Bled with 10 minutes walk to the Bled lake. Bus stop (Bled Union), bakery, gas station, restaurants and local market are just around the corner.

Casa di Volce - 1801 Stone House

This is a treasured 19th century (1801) stone house. Beautifully restored, carefully retaining its character. Our 3 floors house is situated 3km from Tolmin, in a village called Volče, where you can walk to the beautiful Soča River, and enjoy the nature and outdoor activities. 7 bedrooms with 15 beds plus 3 additional beds 4 bathrooms Lounging area Fast Wifi, air condition Free parking on our courtyard for 3 car, 10 motorcycles. Public parking in the village. No smoking, no loud parties.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

Especially suitable for families with kids, individuals and couples looking for peaceful, yet close to all facilities located accomodation. The patio with rose and hydrangea bushes gives you perfect oportunity to relax and chill while kids play in the courtyard. It would take you 20 minutes to walk slowly to Sotočje (confluence of Soča and Tolminka). Bars and restaurants, Tolmin museum, sports park with playground for kids, bakery are all nearby.

Bora - Luxury Cabin by the River

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Wooden glamping house combines natural materials and modern equipment to provide the greatest possible comfort. It is located directly by the river, of which you have a wonderful view from the terrace. The cabin has two large double beds and a private bathroom. Amenities include a minibar / fridge. The cabin is a part of our Ranch Mackadam property.

Hiša Pr tin se nahaja v vasi Ladra 3 km stran od Kobarida. Stanovanje je bilo obnovljeno v letu 2020. Nudimo 3 spalnice, WC, kopalnico, kuhinjo, klimatska naprava, balkon. Hiša je primerna za par ali družino od 2 do 5 oseb. Ob rezervaciji vam je na voljo vsa hiša samo za vas. Posteljnina in brisače so vključene v ceno. Do Kobarida smo oddaljeni 5 minut vožnje z avtomobilom, do Bovca je 20 minut.
