This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Simple, clean two bedroom APT walk to Stetson (#4)

This is a second floor apartment in a 1925 building that was fully renovated in 2015. There's a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The screened in back porch contains the full sized washer and dryer that guests are free to use and the back door opens to a good sized back yard (shared space) and there's a private front balcony. The apartment is walking distance to Stetson University and about a mile from DeLand's award winning downtown. There is reserved parking for one car.

Located blocks from Canal Street, you'll find an excellent assortment of restaurants, bars, and shops. A short drive/bike ride to the beach, making us the perfect spot for your getaway.

This funky private apartment is located in a cluster of historic homes less than 2 miles from the beach. With Daytona just 6 miles north and New Smyrna Beach 10 miles south, it gives easy access to all that the area offers. Enjoy a relaxed bohemian décor including tasteful nude art. Unit 4 is a private studio unit with a queen size bed and a small futon couch. This unit is on the 2nd floor of our small ocean front apartment building. Can sleep 2-3. We recommend only 2 adults in this unit or 2 adults 1 children. The sofa bed is on the smaller size and recommended for a child or small adult only. Just a short walk to Flagler St restaurants and shopping.
