Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, glasses, pot and pans, Keurig etc. Living room/dining area has large table for six, a couch and Roku TV. Second bedroom has 2 double beds with access to 2nd bathroom with tub/shower. Grill and table and chairs on new deck. Will sleep 6 comfortably.
