Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Not suitable for 4-legged travelers. (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Mira Bella South) I've included MANY photos so you can see exactly what the space is like :)

Mini Monarch Cabina

Perfect for visiting Stetson Parents and Festival Followers. The Mini Monarch is small but mighty. Easy access to downtown DeLand , a 2 minute drive or a 10 min walk. 30 min drive to Daytona and less than an hour to Disney. It has an easy keyless entry and 1 step up. Bathroom is large enough to include a washer and dryer. Kitchenette has all you need for your morning coffee , snacks, and leftovers from our fabulous downtown restaurants. You also have access to the fenced courtyard to enjoy .

Downtown Marina Floating Home Historic Sanford

You'll love this unique romantic escape located in historic downtown Sanford! This is a nearly new built top of the line Houseboat and you will be amazed at all the amenities fit on this 12x40 floating tiny home. Nicely suited for one couple. One step to get in and then all on one level other than the upper deck. (Ladder) Max occupancy at any time is 4. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops and so much more. Note that this is a very small space if you are used to a full size home.

Private Cozy Studio near Beach Speedway Pickleball

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
