Ground floor apartment with lake access and your own terrace. It is an old factory building with over 4m high ceilings and with a large loft. It is a modern apartment with air conditioning, heated floors, filtered ventilation system and a 1.7m wide ceiling fan. All areas are open and there's a central kitchen with all new appliances and quartz countertops. 65" TV with hundreds of channels. It also has a large bathroom with sauna and washing machine.
