This spacious home is surrounded in trees, large lawns and fountains. You have the use of a full kitchen, spacious living area, lounge, laundry, excellent bathroom, all practical house things. Relaxation comes from the grounds, hot tub or a claw bath and room. There is a local beach, vineyard or grounds to walk in.

Amberley is a 50 minute drive north of Christchurch. airport Our cottage is located on a lifestyle block. We grow hazelnuts and have lifestyle animals on farm.You will be enjoying the peace and quiet of a farm setting. We have an a separate cottage with two bedrooms, laundry, open plan living with kitchen and dining setup. Access to under cover parking for one car. There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in winter and cool in the summer. We are surrounded by nature and amazing skies.

As you come through the gate you will feel transported into a completely different world, surrounded by beautiful natives and blooming cherry trees (in season). This character filled cottage was originally built in 1903, it's full of charm with many modern additions. The garden is very private, so much so that you can unwind and relax in the outdoor bath under the stars and no one will know.
