Full use of a 930 sf guesthouse with a spiral staircase leading to a loft bedroom. Downstairs, soaring 20 foot ceilings and huge windows look out on our horse pastures. This story could have started in the 40's, but we'll start in the 60's when this tiny cabin was local housing to graduate students at Duke. Wonderfully located and unlike anything else this close to Duke University or downtown Durham, the Green Door cabin welcomes you for the weekend or week. Fully renovated recently while keeping the charm intact. You can feel as isolated as you want with every amenity within just a couple of miles. Duke Forest Trails and Duke CC Trail within walking distance.

Master suite is a studio like space with 5 minutes from downtown raleigh, Very close to Walnut Creek amphitheater. perfect for traveling nurses, long-term contract workers, visiting family etc. Small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishes. Master bathroom walk in shower, claw foot tub, full closet, kitchenette for longer stays NOTE we are getting some trees trimed and there is some yard debris (branches ) on the very back of the yard, we are also working on leveling it.
