We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. This 450 sq ft apartment has a private deck, cozy sitting room w/double futon, 40" TV w/Roku, dining table & kitchenette. The bedroom has a comfy King bed & vanity/desk. We have A/C as well!

This is a private guest suite attached to our home (not a detached unit), with its own separate entrance and patio. Exclusive guest suite in striking new modern home tucked into the forested ridgelines of the Tualatin Mountains north of Portland. Floor to ceiling windows frame private views of the natural forest landscape, and offer plenty of natural light. Private guest entry, covered patio with fire-pit. It's just a short walk to our Farm property and vineyard valley views.

Our farmhouse is in a quiet rural setting. Public transportation is not available. Uber and Lyft service the area. Wineries, the city of Forest Grove and Pacific University are with in a few minutes drive. It is 50 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to Portland. The studio is located in the basement of our home and has a private entrance. The accommodations include a queen bed, a twin hide-a-bed, sitting area, studio kitchen and full bath.
