Cozy historic 1909 home in the highly desirable Queen Anne Neighborhood. Close to the city and all it has to offer but a private and comfortable space for you to retreat back too. We have lovingly restored this home to welcome guests. It is light-filled with expansive view windows and charming details. Enjoy the outdoor deck, new beautiful kitchen/bath and amazing views of the ocean and mountains! Minutes to downtown. Walking distance to shops and bus stops. Easy and free street parking.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

Camp Howard

Camp Howard, built in 2018, was designed to blend modern luxury into the expansive nature of Nason Ridge. The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north. Our cozy Spanish inspired bungalow with vaulted ceilings, loft, and fireplace is located in the quintessential Seattle neighborhood of Montlake. The neighborhood is a quiet retreat within the urban heart of Seattle. It is literally next door to the University of Washington (Husky Stadium), steps away from Lake Washington and the Arboretum water front trails, the historic Seattle Yacht Club, and 10 min from downtown Seattle by car, the LINK light rail, or bus.

Just like the owner, she loves to explore outside but was none too happy if she didn't have a full stomach followed by a warm dry cozy bed for the night. We named this cabin Fern so when you are done exploring the beautiful area you would be happy.

"Cozy Mountain Cabin" is stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing weekend, including a gorgeous kitchen with a gas range stove. We have a generously sized outdoor hot tub and a gas fireplace in the living room. The cabin is a two bedroom, the primary bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the pull out sofa has a full size bed. Main bathroom has stand up shower.

The Cottage at Wabi-Sabi

This private, cozy cottage is perched on a hillside offering mountain and pastoral views to the west, with a private, custom waterfall bath and queen bed. There are 5 acres of mountain and sea views, extensive Japanese gardens, ponds, fir and cedar groves. This is a peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). National Forest and Park trails are ten minutes away.
