Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. Casa Colina has an open floor plan of 1517 sq. ft. with enough space to hold up to 11 people on 6 beds, including a pull-out couch in the living room. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Bluffview Casita is a clean, cozy and conveniently located two bedroom and one bathroom duplex on the Westside of Farmington. You'll be close to the newly revitalized downtown area, airport, Connie Mack fields, as well as several local restaurants. Farmington is a great central location to visit the Bisti Badlands, Choke Cherry Canyon, Navajo Lake, Chaco Canyon, Shiprock, Mesa Verde, the Four Corners monument, Pinion Hills Golf course, river rafting and so much more!

Home in Farmington

This little home is an older, comfy, and clean duplex located on the west side of Farmington. Fairly close to downtown and plenty of restaurants as well as the riverwalk and San Juan Regional. Farmington is a great central location to Chaco Canyon, the Aztec Ruins, Bisti Badlands, Durango Colorado, and many more! There is plenty of backyard space but there is *CURRENTLY NO ENCLOSED FENCING*. For those traveling with pets we do have a nicely sized secure dog run!

Owner is not liable for any incidents regarding use of in-ground trampoline, pool or hot tub. Pool will be open Memorial Day-Labor Day (summer only). Hot tub is open Labor Day-Memorial Day (winter only).
