Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Studio includes bedroom, bathroom, & living room with sofa bed & work area with large desk. Located in a safe residential neighborhood. A 5 min walk to the Express Bus to Boston City Center, 5 min walk to Whole Foods, Village Cafe, Marty's Wines, & CVS. Close to many Boston universities and colleges. A 20 min drive to Fenway Park. A two hour drive to Cape Cod.

Due to severe allergies that my spouse has, we are UNABLE to host any animals on our property as we share a central AC/heating. Located in Watertown Square, walking distance to Starbucks, CVS, shops and restaurants. Boston is minutes away. You’ll love our place because no one lives there now, it's absent of all the stuff you'd find in someone's home. This is a really nice, really clean, 1,300 SF suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sleeper sofa. The bus stop to Boston and Harvard Square is across the street, rapid transit takes you to all points in the city. Easy and close major highway access and free parking.

Private 1BR Pied-a-terre

Fully furnished suite with private entrance; walk in at ground level. Picture window view of, and use of, large back yard. Separate sitting and sleeping areas (full size bed), desk/workspace, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with small fridge, coffeemaker and microwave (no stove). Great take-out nearby. No pets, no smoking permitted. Car? There is off-street covered parkling. No car? 71 Bus to Harvard Square stops at our corner; short walk to other buses and public transportation.

Spacious Strawberry Hill Suite (West Cambridge)

This 3rd floor suite is less than 2 miles west of Harvard Sq. You'll have exclusive access to the space, which has a full bathroom and kitchenette. There is a queen bed suitable for two people and the couch in the living room converts to a bed for one. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, and has a lot to offer. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minute walk. The trip to Harvard Square is 10-15 minutes. I live in the home downstairs and am available should you need me during your stay.

Conveniently Located Private Garden Apartment

Garden-level apartment next to a public park yet convenient to Newton Centre, Chestnut Hill, Boston College, Longwood Medical Area, and public transit. Easy to take in all the Boston area attractions. Sleep late in a comfy bedroom with blackout shades, relax in front of the 55" HDTV, whip up a quick meal in the kitchenette, or enjoy the outdoors sitting on the patio. Come and go as you please with a private entry. Great for quick visits or extended stay.

Private 1 Bedroom suite In West Newton

Separate & private entrance to the lower level of a single-family home. You will have a clean, quiet bedroom, sitting area & private bathroom all to yourself. There is off street parking. There is a fridge/microwave. Newton is 10 miles west of Boston and easily accessible by public transportation & the MA Pike, Rt 95 & 128. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I follow all the AirB&B cleaning protocols.
