There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

You will have access to 3 private boat docks that are located 60 feet behind the house. The canal provides you access to Lake St Clair and the Detroit River. The house has been totally remodeled and has a modern look and feel. There is room for 3 vehicles and 2 trailers behind a secure gate.

Cool vibe, relaxing in great neighborhood. Walking distance to bars and restaurants in the Park and only 10-15 minutes to Midtown and Downtown Detroit. Minutes to Belle Isle, Eastern Market, and waterfront. I am in the restaurant biz, so I can steer you in any direction to all Detroit has to offer. I know Detroit like the back of my hand and can point out all the cool spots to hit.
