Welcome to our Midcentury modern pied-à-terre near Multnomah Village within a peaceful and quiet neighborhood! It is very centrally located, with easy access to trails, and within a short easy drive to downtown Portland. It is also strategically located with easy access to the Willamette Valley (1hr), or to the Gorge for hiking (1hr). It is halfway between the Oregon coast and Mount Hood (about 1.5hr each way). In other words, it is perfectly located to explore Portland and Northern Oregon!

It has freshly refinished hardwood floors a full and a spotless bath with a combo tub-shower There is a deck which overlooks a spacious lawn and garden. A hot tube is available on request in the back yard as well as a fire pit. Safeway, Handel's Ice Cream, Chipotle, Market of Choice, local restaurant and tap rooms are all nearby. The studio is a quick drive to Nike, St. Vincent's Hospital . There's a private entrance and side yard with outdoor seating.
