Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

From the generous ground floor entry, a romantic spiral staircase will lead you to two beautifully decorated floors, with a street facing balcony.

Koonga Maya Adults Retreat in the Yallingup Hills

Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Selection of tea coffee and small breakfast items included with fresh eggs

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Charming air-conditioned 1BR cottage nestled in peaceful leafy gardens, just a 2-min stroll to the beach. A scenic 3.7km walk or bike ride (BYO or hire) into town. Quietly located, it's an ideal base for exploring the region’s renowned wineries and natural beauty. Please note: no ocean views, no pets. Our home is within easy walking distance of Albany's main street, offering a private upstairs space with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed. The area includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a living room with a smart TV. Access is through the downstairs laundry, and off-road parking is available in the carport. We live downstairs and are happy to assist in making your stay in Albany as enjoyable as possible.
