The Granary sits between the 100+ year old barn and our family cabin residence.

Only 10 minutes from I40, it won’t take long to get to the trails in Pisgah National Forest (South) or the front door of the Biltmore Estate (both fully reopened).

At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.

Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.
