Cosy Appartement in Eltville with garden

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer befahrenen Straße wobei es bei Stoßzeiten zu erhöhten Lärm durch Pkw‘s & Lkw‘s kommt, dagegen ist die Wohnung mit dreifach verglasten Fenstern ausgestattet aber trotz wenig

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Badewanne,Daybed, 2PersSchneckendusche und Echtholzkamin lassen keine Wünsche offen. Im Sommer kann ein 5x4Meter Tor geöffnet werden welches den unteren Loftbereich zum Cabrio macht.
