This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

This a cozy first floor walk out basement apartment in a 2 unit two blocks from Lake Michigan or Muskegon lake. Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven. Our place is perfect for small families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy the area - Lake Michigan, beaches and hiking. *****We do not allow fragrances of any kind. Tiny House In the City

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

Located in a quaint town, walking distance to White lake, fishing, shops, parks, bike trail, tennis courts, bars and restaurants. 7-8 miles to Lake Michigan beaches. House is cozy and clean with 4 person outdoor hot tub, fire pit, quiet area. The set rate is for four people. Additional guest will require approval and an additional cost of $10.00 per person per night.
