Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

Netherwood - North Adams Guest House with Views

Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions. Price includes 1 king bedroom suite and exclusive use of the lounge and kitchenette. You can use 2 more suites for another $100 each per stay (for stays up to 2 weeks). Indicate the number of suites you will need (1, 2, or 3); you'll be charged for add'l suites later.

A king master bedroom, 2 twins in the second upstairs bedroom, a full sized futon in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa provides sleep for 7-8 in total. This is a quiet, 7 unit, newly renovated condominium building. We welcome quiet guests who will appreciate a relaxing stay and be conscious of others around them. We are within walking distance to the countries largest contemporary art museum. The 2nd floor is an open plan divided by the stair case. Each side has a queen bed, its own closet. The full bathroom is shared with the two beds. This is a loft, there are no full walls between the two sides of the loft.
