The "Capeside" room is a tribute to the nearby Capeside Brewery in Southport. This name also captures the essence of Southport, a picturesque harbor town by the Cape Fear River and the ocean. Decorated with a nautical theme, complete with coastal art, and a view of the Cape Fear River, this room has two queen beds for trips with friends or family. Please note if you have more than 2 guests in the room, we will charge an additional $25/night at check in to cover breakfast and happy hour.

Carriage House Inn Bed & Breakfast Yaupon Room

The Yaupon Beach Room is a tribute to Yaupon Beach which was located on Oak Island. It's named for Amy, one of the original owners who grew up there. The Yaupon Room has a queen bed with views of the back yard, carriage house, and ancient oak trees. With its natural beach colors, coastal furniture, seashells, and beach-themed decor, the room feels like a peaceful seaside getaway. It has a full bathroom with a classic tub/shower combo. The original 1930s pink tile inspired the beach theme.

Myrtle Grove Inn - Bed and Breakfast in Wilmington

This newly renovated house served as a Bed and Breakfast last season. We have 5 bedrooms and a huge back yard. This house is suitable for an outdoor wedding or other small venue events, and has a large grass back yard. We also have the house next door listed which is a 4 bedroom ranch style house. There is a 6th bedroom that can be available for an additional price. It is ground floor and has three bunk beds in it. Use the add on to add this room and increase your capacity by 6 people.

Welcome to a cozy tribute to John, an original owner of the Carriage House Inn and a Rochester, New York native. It may be our smallest room, but it's packed with charm and character. The space features elegant stained-glass transoms and original artwork of central park, along with a matching 18th-century desk and dresser set. There is a queen bed and the full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and keeps its original 1930s black and white mosaic tile flooring.
