Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Forest Cozy Home

My house in Forestville is a walk to the river (Steelhead County Beach), near endless wineries, canoe rentals, gorgeous Sonoma coast beaches, Santa Rosa airport, a bicycle trail through West County with bike rentals in downtown Forestville offering immediate access to the trail, and a very well-stocked little grocery store a 5-minute walk down the hill. Lovely back roads take you to Healdsburg to the north or Sebastopol to the south. My dog & I stay in a basement studio when guests are here.

Applegate Cottage nature inspired, artisan design

The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.

1083 Guest House is comfortable luxury in a spacious private cottage within walking distance of four-star restaurants, wineries, fabulous boutique shopping, and the Russian River. Your secluded cottage is nestled in the trees with views of a wooded area and is the perfect base for your Wine Country get away. There is no stove/oven due to zoning/licensing so the cottage has a microwave, small air fryer, toaster and bbq.

the Otter studio - a peaceful standalone studio in the heart of Napa Valley wine country. the Otter studio is less than one mile from Downtown Napa but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide a tranquil retreat while retaining every thoughtful amenity. Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco.
