We're a seven minute drive to Gualala Point Beach, where one can park and enjoy a scenic, short 15 minute or 30 minute walk to the beach. "Gualala" means "Where The River Meets The Ocean." We are minutes away from the Gualala River - kayaking, The Gualala Arts Center, The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Gualala Township shops, galleries, restaurants, and services.

One loft bedroom, one downstairs. Short walk over dunes to deserted Ten Mile Beach. Since access is limited, the beach is virtually empty- a coastal secret. I live on the property with my golden retriever and cat ( not allowed in the cottage) but after check-in I want my privacy just as much as you do

A private bayfront beach is available to Garden Cottage guests, a five-minute walk from the cottage. The pastoral town of Tomales (think Sunday morning bakery) is a five minute drive from the Cottage. We are .5 miles from Straus Home Ranch.
