The cottage is located on our 80 acre farmstead in the bucolic rolling hills of Western Wisconsin just over an hour from the Twin Cities. Relax, create, or dream in this peaceful setting. Cherish time with loved ones. Hike along the creek, woodlands and fields. Enjoy the plentiful birds and wildlife. Bring your bike in the summer, and snow shoes in the winter. Cozy up to the wood stove with a hot beverage. Work remotely with our high speed WiFi. We welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee.

My place is 10 minutes from downtown La Crosse, close to the airport, but you'll feel a world away. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet, but mostly THE VIEWS. All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers. Full list of amenities available, but worth noting here that coffee is NOT provided. There is a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for pods.

Our property on Little Gillett Lake is a special place. The cottage is new, but exudes the charm and character of classic Northwoods Americana. The clear, beautiful lake allows access to Big Gillett Lake and a tributary of the Oconto River by paddle. The Nicolet National Forest offers trails while nearby larger lakes provide beaches and access for motor boats. Swim, paddle, fish, snowshoe, ATV, snowmobile, hike, eat, chill... come enjoy some worry free relaxation or step away for an adventure!

The place gives you a cabin feel close to La Crosse! 15 minute drive to downtown La Crosse and 3 miles North of Stoddard puts you in a great central location for the area. Mt. La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. Goose Island is 5 minutes away. Great spot for bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat launches, hiking or frisbee golf. Pets are welcome. Soak in the relaxing hot tub King/Queens chair with a birds eye view of the lake! Winter season is upon us! Watch the snow fall from the hot tub! Then enjoy the fireplace inside. We are on a ATV/Snowmobile route. 1 mile away from being on the trail!!

Near the Great River State Bike Trail. The Lake Onalaska canoe/kayak trail goes past our shoreline. Two sit on top kayaks and two easy ride bicycles are included. There are fishing boat rentals nearby or you can fish from the shore while enjoying Lake Onalaska's famous sunsets. No cleaning fee!
