Appartement privé très lumineux, de 60 m2.Vous aurez accès à 2 pièces : une chambre-salon avec lit double , une grande cuisine, ainsi qu'une salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne. Situé au troisième étage, la chambre donnant sur la rue, dans l'agréable et vivant quartier de St Gilles. Le parc, des cafés sympas sont à 2 min ainsi que le station de métro ALBERT. ( **L'appartement ne dispose que d'un lit double= 2 personnes ) Merci !

Mon petit nid douillet

Un appartement clair et lumineux où on se sent bien. Le soleil donne toute la journée et une jolie terrasse donne sur un jardin agréable. Situé au 1er étage ( une volée d’escalier), il y a une chambre mais je peux installer un matelas à même le sol ou mettre un lit bébé. Le bus 66 ( en face) vous emmène directement à la Grand Place de Bxl et ce en 20 minutes. Vous êtes près du centre mais sans le bruit et l agitation. Personnes bruyantes s’abstenir ! PS: il y a un adorable chat hyper facile 🌺
