Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

A newly built, first floor unit equipped with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. A queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room. Fast WiFi, plenty of privacy, a small creek to sit by, and very close to everything you need - 10 mins to downtown Asheville, 5 mins to quaint Weaverville, Beaver lake - bird sanctuary, and great restaurants. The Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away, leading you to hiking trails, waterfalls & vistas for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

‘My Dream’ is a romantic one bedroom, one bath walkout apartment, with full kitchen and comfortable sleeper sofa with lots of pillows to snuggle. The style is eclectic and artsy, a little old and a little new, just like Asheville. But it's all good! Hopefully, it all comes together to please your senses. Our quiet, comfortable, basement apartment is walkable to downtown Asheville, Montford, UNCA, nightlife, public transit, city center, Harrah’s Cherokee Center and parks. Grove Park Inn is a mile and a half if you're up for the walk or it is an easy drive. You’ll love the neighborhood and ease of access to downtown, breweries, Biltmore Estate, Grove Park Inn, hiking, biking, and all things outdoors. Great rental for couples, families (with kids), or solo adventurers. Come see for yourself!

Brand new green built 2 bedroom duplex.

This is the downstairs of a brand new green built duplex, on the future Woodfin greenway which will connect with the French Broad River recreational area. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size murphy bed in the living area that can be made private with a room divider curtain. We are right off of 19/23 and Interstate 26, 5 minutes to downtown Asheville and 5 minutes to Weaverville. The kitchen has a microwave and a cooktop, no oven.
