Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

A newly built, first floor unit equipped with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. A queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room. Fast WiFi, plenty of privacy, a small creek to sit by, and very close to everything you need - 10 mins to downtown Asheville, 5 mins to quaint Weaverville, Beaver lake - bird sanctuary, and great restaurants. The Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away, leading you to hiking trails, waterfalls & vistas for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

The style is eclectic and artsy, a little old and a little new, just like Asheville. But it's all good! Hopefully, it all comes together to please your senses. Charming couple's getaway in a beautiful historic Asheville neighborhood conveniently located near downtown shops and eateries. The apartment features a tiled bathroom with restored claw foot tub and a large back deck with wooded view just outside the bedroom door. Central air conditioning/heating system is dedicated solely to this apartment- you control preferred temperature. *Please note this apartment is not suitable for guests who plan to keep late night hours and party in the apartment.

Brand new green built 2 bedroom duplex.

This is the downstairs of a brand new green built duplex, on the future Woodfin greenway which will connect with the French Broad River recreational area. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size murphy bed in the living area that can be made private with a room divider curtain. We are right off of 19/23 and Interstate 26, 5 minutes to downtown Asheville and 5 minutes to Weaverville. The kitchen has a microwave and a cooktop, no oven.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space is a one bedroom apartment. There is a blow up mattress and a large sofa if you need. The space has a full kitchen with new appliances. The front porch is perfect to let your pet wonder. It is able to be fenced in. Perfect also if you have a little one. The space comes with apple tv, which will allow you to stream any service you may have. We have included netflix and prime video, so you have something to watch. :)
