Situated less than a mile north from Asheville’s downtown scene, we offer exactly what any discerning traveler wants for a week or weekend getaway in the mountains. Our amazing location allows you to fully enjoy all that downtown has to offer while simultaneously providing a secluded and peaceful retreat. Our ground floor apartment has its own private entrance, 2 parking spots, 2 bedrooms, full bath, & a kitchenette. The host and family live above.

For the outdoorsy type this conveniently located spot is a quick drive up to the Blue Ridge Parkway along with many mountain biking and hiking trails.

Stunning Gem in the Heart of Asheville

In the heart of the historic Montford neighborhood, this picturesque detached carriage house is tucked away behind our 1897 Queen Anne Victorian home, previously operating as the Bed of Roses Bed & Breakfast. Make yourself at home with your own private entrance, private parking, fast WiFi, a 50" TV w/ Netflix and Disney+, and full use of our serene outdoor garden, complete with hammock and comfy patio furniture. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. A mere 10 min walk to downtown Asheville.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

Little Valley Retreat

Enjoy the lovely setting of this simple secluded retreat, nestled in nature. We have gardens and friendly animals including goats, chickens, and ducks. You’ll enjoy total privacy with your own fully fenced yard and private entrance. The suite has been totally remodeled and decorated in a moody, boho casual style. You will be comfortable at this special property that is known for its value as we wanted to keep it at a price point where more people could experience WNC Appalachia.

Private, quiet, modern bungalow. Newly updated with designer finishes in North Asheville. Can accommodate 1 additional guests if needed on couch. Private entrance and parking. Located between UNCA and Merrimon Ave. Bike or Uber to downtown. Walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We CANNOT accept ANY type of ANIMALS due to family member having MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION. This is a “NONSMOKING” resident. NO smoking, vaping, drugs or incense burning.

Historic Cottage With Private Garden and Fire Pit

Historic cottage nestled on park like setting 1.3 miles from downtown Asheville and a five minute walk to the Grove Park Inn. artfully updated 1913 cottage has period features and modern amenities. New in June 2025 guests enjoy a secluded garden with covered swing as well as a private deck w/ a 12 ft waterfall. Hotel style linens and bath toiletries and 4000 k Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime andNetflix. Private one car parking pad w/ 14 steps to cottage.

The Blue Door ~guest house

The Blue Door is our backyard guesthouse located in an urban neighborhood just north of Asheville and is well situated for the area. We invite well behaved dogs who have been treated for fleas and have a lovely space for being outside. The house is rather private. It also comes complete with full kitchen, whirlpool tub, and a super comfy queen sized latex mattress. Our guest house is perfect for an Asheville weekend getaway.

Decompress at this peaceful cottage under the canopy of an established Asheville neighborhood. Children and pets will enjoy its large fenced-in yard. Perfectly situated to access all of WNC's natural and cultural destinations. Minutes from downtown and Biltmore and just one street away from the golf course, this newly renovated cottage is fully permitted by the city of Asheville (per city code, well-equipped kitchenette).

North Asheville Guest House

Unwind at this cozy hideaway. This home was lovingly built with high-beamed ceilings and mix of modern and antique flare for a plush and charming feel. This house is located in north Asheville. Although downtown is located 10 minutes away, this home is tucked into a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by wildlife. Dog friendly with one allowed. No cats.

Adorable Detached Studio Minutes from Downtown

This studio apartment is located in the beautiful Norwood Park neighborhood. It is 2 miles to downtown Asheville and 1.3 miles to the historic Grove Park Inn. Amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee bar. Parking is on street with motion activated lighting to safely guide you to the keypad coded entrance door.
