You'll have a private entrance to the lower level of this north Asheville home. 2.9 miles to downtown, 0.4 miles to beautiful Beaver Lake, 1 mile to Grove Park Inn. Several excellent restaurants within 1 mile. You’ll have privacy and quiet, & off street parking.

Enjoy a stylish, comfortable stay in this centrally located (10 min to downtown!) first-floor suite—no steps. Relax on the private patio, unwind by the electric fireplace, prepare light meals in the kitchenette, and sleep comfortably in a king bed. This main-level suite is the lower level of our home. Our family—including two young children—lives upstairs. If you’re sensitive to normal household noise, this may not be the best fit. But many guests find it a private and perfect stay.

With its own entrance and dedicated parking, our Studio is great for couples, UNCA alumni / parents, runners/cyclists, solo adventurers, music lovers and business travelers.

Walk to downtown, hiking trails, botanical gardens, UNCA, a local Saturday farmers market, brewery, eateries & a breathtaking sunset/mtn view. Our whole house water filter system provides glorious chlorine free water for drinking & showering. It's a 20 min walk to town, find hikes right out our door.

We offer self-check-in for everyone's convenience. We are still committed to Airbnb’s cleaning protocol. Hikers, business travelers, nurses, Biltmore and brewery enthusiast welcome! We can supply maps for hiking. End of road, bedroom/bath behind home, exterior entrance, tile shower, 15 min to Asheville, 8 min Weaverville, 18 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min to Ledges River Park on the French Broad River. The bedroom is 11x14, plus bath, amenity storage & deck.

The Owl's Nest Studio Apt

Come relax and enjoy the views from the private screened in porch, private guest garden with sun deck, or from inside the apt. The choice is yours. At the end of the day, have a restful evening in the comfy king size bed. Mornings are easy with coffee, tea, cereal, or oatmeal. Internet password is on the fridge and you can log onto your favorite streaming accounts. We thoroughly clean and disinfect after every guest. No smoking anywhere on the property.
