Nestled in the White Mountains region of NH, our getaway has easy access to 93 and is close to three ski, hiking, and golf mountains, (as seasons allow!). Cuddle up with your own private fire pit, fireplace, entertainment systems, kitchen, laundry, and more! Close to Rumney Rocks climbing and countless hiking trails. Direct access to the amazing Green Woodlands for mountain biking in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter.

The Back 80 Yurt

Is a spacious 24 foot Yurt next to Mt Cardigan state park. From the Yurt you can hike ,snow shoe or backcountry ski on miles of well marked AMC trails , as well as climb Firescrew and Mt Cardigan. This is the only off-grid Yurt acessable to the AMC state park. This is not a drive up, in the winter prepare to hike 1 mile, and in the summer 300 yards up a windy forest path. The Yurt has everything you will want from a wood stove , cook stoves. We have raised the price for plowing cost

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.
