Located in the heart of HMC and Outlaw trail riding, home offers full amenities including WiFi and washer/dryer. House is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and will sleep 8 comfortably. Outlaw and Hatfield-McCoy trailheads are both with 1/2 mile of property, no trailering necessary. Home is a 20-30 min ride to riders paradise, outlaw bar and grill, the horses, train trestle, top of the world, and stair steps. 1 hr ride from Wilmore Dam. Plenty of on-site parking with outdoor fire pit and grill included.

About 5 minutes away from Gilbert area, where trail heads start. Quiet area & cozy. With access to in ground pool. The pool is open from June 1st to September 1st. Only about 5 minutes from R D Bailey dam with picnic/play areas and visitor center with a nice view of the dam and lake. Great for boating and fishing. Close to trail 12, Mexican restaurant, grocery stores, Dollar stores, Giovanni’s, & more! Lots of hiking areas and other local parks and recreation areas.

Parking is more than plentiful for several vehicles, ATV's and trailers. An added bonus is an on-site carwash, and gas, grocery and restaurants less than a mile away!
