The home situated just a couple minute walk from Historic Downtown McMinnville, on a corner that transitions from downtown to residential so there can be traffic noise during the day but by 7 pm it’s quiet. As part of a Triplex sitting on the end it has a dedicated off-street parking area just a few steps from the Front Door!

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

All of our flats are named after the types of soil found in the vineyards around the Willamette Valley and Yamhill is found in the local Eola-Amity Hills. Where you can find more than 30 outstanding wineries and dozens of gorgeous vineyards. Take a short bike ride or a drive to Keeler Estates Vineyards or visit the monastery of the Brigattine monks to sample some of their award-winning chocolates.

We are within an easy drive to many local wineries around Dayton, Carlton, McMinnville, Dundee, and Newberg and the area's many offerings. Our loft sits atop our property shop detached from our main home, with its own entrance and private deck. Enjoy the back lawn in any season and the view at any time of the day.
