Boutique Retreat-Ohana Bungalow

The Boutique Retreat offers 9 custom tiny home cottages in the heart of wine country. The Ohana Bungalow is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. The private deck faces Alpine Ave - minutes from 3rd Street.

The Douglas on Third is a 100 year old building that has been completely redone, inside and out and offers one of the few places to stay on historic 3rd Street in downtown McMinnville. The rooms are quaint, not overly large, but we have built in most everything you will need during your visit!

the compass is a sustainable and modern inn with 5 luxe suites, cozy and inviting community spaces, a fire pit, and our new 6-person barrel sauna and cold plunge! the compass studio is our standalone suite in the back of the property with a king bed, queen pull out couch, shower/deep tub combo and kitchenette, electric fire and private patio.
