Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Spivey Falls Cabin, A Cabin by a Waterfall

A secluded cabin with access to two private, large waterfalls in the Mountains of Tennessee. Nestled on a cliff, the beautiful nature offer precipitous trails to a swimming area beneath a waterfall. The family home overlooks a 75 foot cascading waterfall. Garden trails follow along the creek and incline. Interior cabin exhibits variety of cultural nostalgia from the local family's home and tradition. We hope you come away with peace, tranquility of God's nature and restorative living water .

Serene Creekside Log Cabin in National Forest!

19 months after Helene, we are finally open again! 😊 The Log Cabin on Neil's Creek is situated on private land inside the Pisgah National Forest at the foot of Mount Mitchell. Neil's Creek, a North Carolina wild trout stream, flows just off of the large, covered porch. Several trailheads are walking distance from the cabin including the summit trail to Mt. Mitchell, the Mountains to Sea trail and Set Rock Falls. Experience the relaxing qualities of nature, waiting for you any time of year.

Cabin in the City is named so because it resembles a true cabin but it is located in the city limits. Very cozy and updated with today's conveniences. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Burnsville. This cabin is equipped with fast FREE Internet/WiFi that will facilitate working from home. Burnsville, North Carolina is a charming small town in the mountains about 35 to 40 minutes northeast of Asheville.

Out for a year following Hurricane Helene has been rough, but it's back up and running.
