Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

A secluded cabin with access to a large private waterfall in the Mountains of Tennessee. Nestled on a cliff and overlooking the beautiful natural setting offers precipitous trails to a swimming area beneath a waterfall. The family home overlooks a 75 foot cascading waterfall. Garden trails follow along the creek and incline. The interior of the cabin exhibits a variety of old world charm and nostalgia from the local community. 19 months after Helene, we are finally open again! 😊 The Log Cabin on Neil's Creek is situated on private land inside the Pisgah National Forest at the foot of Mount Mitchell. Neil's Creek, a North Carolina wild trout stream, flows just off of the large, covered porch. Several trailheads are walking distance from the cabin including the summit trail to Mt. Mitchell, the Mountains to Sea trail and Set Rock Falls. Experience the relaxing qualities of nature, waiting for you any time of year.
