Conveniently located 10 miles South of Livingston, 10 miles North of Chico Hot Springs & 40 hwy miles from Yellowstone Park entrance. Walk to the Yellowstone River, Pine Creek Lodge & Cafe (live music). Small stream runs through the property, farm fresh eggs offered to guests, owner on property in a separate residence.

A separate bunk room (sleeps 6) is available for $100/night. It has living/dining areas & a fireplace. There is no kitchen or bathroom in the bunk house!
