Cottage is behind main historic Farmhouse which was built in 1869. It is separate with its own parking. This property has been in our family for 100 years. A large covered breezeway separates you from main house, no shared walls, private entry w/ door code. Attention to detail was made to ensure our guests a comfortable & stylish stay. Comfy Queen bed, toiletries, stocked kitchen & private patio. Napa, S.F., Sac, Winters all at your fingertips. Dog allowed w/ permission & $65 pet fee.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Brand New Guest Suite! 15 minutes to UC Davis

This one-bedroom suite has a private entrance with ample street parking. The unit has a kitchenette that includes a Keurig, a dining table that seats two, a full-size refrigerator, a convection microwave, an air fryer, a washer/dryer unit, a Nest thermostat where you can set your temperature between 71° winter& 69 degrees, summer a sectional couch, SmartTV with YoutubeTV, WiFi. Queen-size bed and closet. Full bathroom with towels and shampoo provided.

The farm is 40 acres which includes two acres of organic vegetables. There are chickens, sheep, cows, goats and one pig. Most weekends you can enjoy watching the skydivers across the road at the Yolo County Airport. Spring, Summer & Fall weekends, the farm brewery may be open too!
