The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

My husband and I live on site with our family and have lived in Woodland for over 15 years. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located casita / in-law suite. Near Davis (10 minutes to UC Davis), Sacramento and the Sacramento International Airport (15 mins).

It includes a full bath, New Zealand queen bed (oversized US queen), kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, french press, refrigerator), and work space. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with several grocery stores and shopping centers within a 10 minute walk. UCDavis is about 10 minutes by bike, and there are buses available within a few blocks.
