Little Miss Cottages - Two Bedroom Cottage - 10

Just steps away from seven miles of sand and surf, our largest two bedroom cottage sleeps 8+. Both bedrooms have a queen size pillow top bed and there are two full size pull out sleeper sofas in the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with cook/tableware and full size appliances. Enjoy family meals in the dining room or take dinner outside on the big back deck. Each cottage has its own picnic table and gas grill, and parking for two vehicles. Enjoy the communal fire pit, we supply the wood!

Welcome to Halcyon! Located in the heart of Wells, this charming one bedroom cottage is the perfect beach-town getaway located only 1.2 miles from the shore. The Belle of Maine neighborhood has a beautiful view of the marsh facing towards Wells Beach. Within walking distance from the cottage are restaurants with live music, bakeries serving fresh pastries, and local shops to peruse for unique finds. The cottage’s location also offers ease of access to many points of interest in southern Maine.

Black Point Surf Club is within 2 miles of 3 very popular beaches, and more. You will have the benefit of an included beach pass to Scarborough beach where you can Surf all day. Enjoy being set apart from the hustle and bustle of the a beachfront rental but close enough to enjoy it thoroughly. When the Surf is flat you are 20 minutes to Portland and Old Orchard Beach. You can also use the knowledge of your host for the best restaurants, bars, and ways to set sail through your Maine vacation.

"The Harmony Barn”.We converted 1/2 of our barn into a queen bedroom, living room, kitchenette & giant walk-in shower. You will also have your own outdoor Salt water Hot Tub! Our antique house is on 4 acres of land. We are minutes from Portland & the ocean, but you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. We live across the street from 125 acres of nature trails. If you have a pet with a loud voice! Have no fear! No one will hear a thing! Including us! Bricks are great insulation!)

The unit is cozy and quiet tucked at the rear of the building on the first floor. There are privacy/light block shades for your convenience. I have a very eclectic and unique style that many people enjoy. There’s a bit of an Egyptian theme in the apartment now but it will always be changing. I like to promote friends’ art work and I will always have live plants to keep the air fresh. ***Pet fee is per pet per stay*** Reservation form is incorrect.
