A fully equipped private 2 bedroom apartment located in the daylight basement of our secluded home that is surrounded by woods. We reside upstairs but your space is completely private with your own separate entrance. You also have a private outdoor patio space with fire pit to relax and enjoy the beauty around you! You could even take a dip in your own hot tub and watch the stars at night. Lots of beautiful nearby hiking, mountain biking and the Susquehanna river boat launch is only 1 mile away!

We are located in the country along the Hammer Creek about 3 miles northeast of the charming town of Lititz and are approximately 30 minutes from the major Lancaster County attractions. This is a beautiful family friendly home with a private entrance which nicely accommodates four people. The entire apartment is approximately 1100 square feet. The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

You would be staying in the back of our home on the lower level overlooking Chiques Creek w/private entrance. Free parking in front of house. The suite includes 1 bedroom and sleeps 4. One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. The Urban Equine-pet friendly w/off street parking

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate exterior entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. Right in the middle of downtown with on-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouses. Smoking is not permitted anywhere. Pets are very much welcome, but we stand strongly against Amish puppy mills so please only rescued pups/no breeders.
