Cottage at Main Street Farmhouse!

This fully renovated farmhouse Cottage is 600 square feet, two queen beds, full bath, couch, kitchenette. Rates are based on 2 guests. $60 per person each night after the first 2 guests. Enter the total number of guests to determine your rate. Great patio space to enjoy the Napa wine and weather! Off street parking. No children under the age of 12 allowed. Community fee (local lodging taxes of 15%) collected when reservation is confirmed. Quiet property, no parties, respect neighbors please.

Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.
