Welcome to the Southern California mountains! The Cedar House is a modern vacation home perfect for couples, families, and small groups. Nestled in the cozy mountain community of Sugarloaf, the cabin is a short seven miles from the Big Bear Village shops and restaurants. The cabin is also a short walk to the local general store, Kallan's Bar & Grill, and a neighborhood playground/skate park. Equipped with high-speed internet & TV with digital streaming including NFL Sunday Ticket + NFL RedZone.

Adventure Escape: Snow & Trails Nearby, Sleeps 8

Adventure Escape is a newly renovated cabin walking distance to endless national forest trails which are great for snow play, running, mountain biking, hiking, sledding, snow shoeing, and even cross country skiing. Our cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes to the ski resorts and a block from a diner/bar and convenience store. We can accommodate 8 guests for up to 2 weeks and 4 guests for longer stays. We have 2 car spaces. Pets are not allowed. Permit: CESTRP-2020-01395

The cabin is centrally located to all the winter resorts, ski shuttle stop, the lake, shops & restaurants. The property sits on a large, serene lot surrounded by trees that offer privacy and a peaceful treehouse feel. The living room soaks in natural light through the large glass doors along the back wall that opens up to the wrap-around deck with outdoor dining set.

Luxury 4 bedroom /3 bath cabin in Big Bear's preferred neighborhood - Fox Farm - close to the slopes, village and stores. New outdoor saltwater jacuzzi. New furniture, new carpet, new wood floors, new bedding and new towels. Includes Alexa, 65" HD TV in the living room and two 55" HD TVs in two of the bedrooms. All TVs are smart TVs that come with premium cable and WiFi. Great wood burning fire place and plenty of board games. Large gas BBQ. Absolutely beautiful home!
